This renovation definitely took us on a journey! What started as a few “cosmetic repairs” — building new closets and replacing old casings and trims around the apartment — quickly turned into a much deeper transformation.

One of the biggest challenges was addressing lead paint issues, since the building dates back to the early 1970s. That meant carefully protecting every area and removing old materials with extra precautions before we could move forward. Once that was handled, we tackled a variety of fixes and created several custom pieces tailored specifically for this space.

The end result speaks for itself — an amazing transformation! The client brought the vision and design inspiration, and we were proud to bring her ideas to life through the execution.
