This client was trying to sell their apartment for a few years when they reached out to us, because they weren’t successful, yet! After seeing the space and discussing some options, they decided to start with a kitchen reno. They loved the work we did and now trusted in our overall ability to execute. With that, we completed a full apartment renovation as you’ll see below.

Although we can’t share all the details, they initially had the apartment listed on the market for $1.6M. With their renovation budget being less than $100K, they were then able to list and SELL for $2.3M.
