This client was trying to sell the apartment for few years when they reached out to us, but couldn’t succed . After seeing the space and discussing some options, they decided to start with a kitchen reno (they loved it and started to trust us). Because of our professionalism and affordable prices, they realized that: investing a little bit could impact dramatically in the selling price of their property.
